- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Advolve AI-driven forecasting tools to enhance strategic accuracy and real-time adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technology assessment
