Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify high-impact opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation strategies
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing future market needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
