Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders in AI, biotech, and climate innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development frameworks
- Author trend reports and white papers that position Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems via proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact initiatives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-focused strategies
