- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executives to align on future scenarios
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with product teams to incubate moonshot projects in sustainable tech
- Analyze geopolitical and climate data to inform risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research on human-AI symbiosis or climate tech disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2026+ horizons
