Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum-AI convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startup opportunities
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Strong financial modeling for long-term tech ROI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
