- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and agile execution
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical, socioeconomic, and environmental factors affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences and public forums
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly valued
