Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects with measurable impact
