- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and adaptation agility
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFK, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused trend analysis projects
