Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for executive teams and stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, industry, and startup innovation partners
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, technology scouting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environment
