- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, technology, and human evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong background in behavioral economics and societal trend analysis
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
