Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Design and lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D roadmaps
- Produce actionable strategic briefings for stakeholders, translating complex futures into executable plans
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovation pilots and measuring future-readiness metrics
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Strong network with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
