- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with company's 5-year vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to translate trend analysis into product development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Strong background in AI/quantum computing/biotech convergence domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
