Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technological foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership content on Web3.0, AGI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to measure ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Mentor R&D teams in human-centered design for 2026 user experiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum, synthetic biology, decentralized AI
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro, Trendalyzer, and innovation management platforms
