- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Present future forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Build and maintain a foresight ecosystem of industry experts and thought leaders
- Integrate ethical and sustainability principles into all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies
