Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and threats
- Analyze global socioeconomic patterns to inform product development and market entry strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive trends and future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for next-generation challenges
- Monitor geopolitical and technological signals affecting industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and AI trend platforms
- Demonstrated success in translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and stakeholder workshops
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
