Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Design and lead innovation workshops with executive teams to develop future-proof business strategies
- Create comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts in emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and technological inflection points
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and strategic impact
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovation strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives from concept to market impact
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, WFS) strongly preferred
