Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and innovation methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation strategies
