Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners on future-proofing enterprises
- Author thought leadership reports published at Davos and World Economic Forum events
- Design innovation incubators for next-gen human-machine collaboration paradigms
- Advocate ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Build predictive models for climate resilience and circular economy transitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with AI governance frameworks and ethical AI deployment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ implemented future-forward initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
