Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies and market trends
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to anticipate industry evolution
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive stakeholders
- Build quantitative models to assess future market opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Author thought leadership on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., CFS preferred)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
