Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
