Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology forecasting projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in applied AI ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist or technology journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience securing federal grants for experimental research initiatives
- Deep understanding of Web3, synthetic biology convergence points
