Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market realities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for moonshot projects
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board members with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
