- Architect innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion through 2026
- Partner with R&D to translate futurist insights into actionable R&D priorities and pilot programs
- Deliver executive-level briefings on disruptive technologies and their strategic implications
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurism task force driving organizational foresight capabilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, synthetic biology) and their market impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
