Responsibilities
- Analyze technological convergence patterns to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, biotech, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with tangible MVPs
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through immersive foresight workshops
- Curate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership on technology ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Proven track record translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research labs)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
