Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive future intelligence framework for 2026+ scenarios
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or publications
