Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting our 2026 strategic objectives
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks, including scenario planning and technology roadmaps
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and product development
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to cultivate future-thinking capabilities across the organization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content and present future-focused insights at global conferences
- Guide cross-functional teams in adopting emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals to anticipate market disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Strong network within futurist, academic, and tech innovation communities
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
