- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives on AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce disruptive technology briefings for board-level decision-making
- Architect cross-industry ecosystems connecting startups, academia, and enterprises
- Translate foresight into MVP prototypes with engineering teams
- Present future-state narratives at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate resilience
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Degrees)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-vision projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Graduate Certificate)
