Responsibilities
- Analyze megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models and roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-proof business strategies
- Produce actionable foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering executive-level future strategy presentations
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) highly desirable
