Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deliver executive briefings on paradigm shifts and competitive disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (provide case studies)
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex global scenarios
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
