Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking methodologies to prototype future solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive audiences through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports published in top industry publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
