Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation framework mapping emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to market opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to anticipate and prepare for disruptive industry shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into corporate vision
- Drive R&D investments toward high-impact, moonshot projects with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders, investors, and innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
