Responsibilities

- Develop and publish comprehensive trend reports and strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning emerging opportunities with organizational capabilities and market demands
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive futures and build organizational resilience
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives that drive stakeholder alignment and investment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications (AI, Web3, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with demonstrated success in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, industry journals)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
