- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neuromorphic AI

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global innovation hubs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen AI applications
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research laboratories
- Drive organizational culture shift toward agile innovation and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Strategy (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
