Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Develop quantitative trend analysis models using AI-driven scenario planning tools
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and Board stakeholders
- Establish global networks with futurists, technologists, and policy shapers
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Pioneer new methodologies for organizational resilience and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related discipline
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
