You'll lead our innovation ecosystem while maintaining rigorous alignment with long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Partner with executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Establish metrics for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Curate an internal culture of curiosity and experimentation through workshops and thought leadership
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation journals
- Experience managing cross-geographic R&D teams and innovation pipelines
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
