Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with quantifiable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Design and manage innovation incubation programs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of future-proof methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Strong background in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
