Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Adv executive stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities through 2026+ strategic windows
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and launch innovation incubators for next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Quantify future market impacts through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future scenarios to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight toolkits
- Track record of implementing future-driven strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and climate disruption vectors
