Responsibilities
- Scan global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Drive innovation culture initiatives across the organization
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, biotech, space, climate) for strategic integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Technology Management, Systems Thinking)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
