- Develop and execute a 2026+ strategic innovation framework for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market inflection points
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Champion a culture of experimental innovation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial ventures
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic transformation
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
