Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce actionable foresight reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to capture emerging innovations
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding future-thinking methodologies across all departments
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex foresight into compelling narratives
- Track record of executing innovation strategies that delivered measurable market disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
