- Produce trend analysis reports on AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and neurotech
- Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation for technological black swan events
- Build cross-functional innovation sprints to accelerate future-readiness
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author or thought leader in future technologies or scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Demonstrated success translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and adaptation
- Strong network with futurist communities and academic institutions
