Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, market shifts, and societal changes to inform long-term strategic planning
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to ideate breakthrough solutions for 2026+ challenges
- Develop and implement scenario-based strategic roadmaps for future product/service development
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against future-state objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies (e.g., CFIP, CFMP)
