Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate adaptation) to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for organizational transformation in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-readiness metrics
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build an internal 'Future Radar' intelligence system
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Proven track record translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects
