Responsibilities
- Anticipate future trends, disruptions, and opportunities through rigorous research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain a long-term strategic innovation roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and test innovative solutions.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies on our industry and business.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and R&D teams to integrate future-focused strategies into development.
- Build and maintain a network of thought leaders and experts to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Technology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.) and their potential impact.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
