Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching breakthrough products/services aligned with future market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present visionary insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their business implications
- Drive culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and internal ideation programs
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or social sciences (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive experience
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Track record of launching successful products/services with measurable ROI
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or strategic foresight
- Experience leading global teams and managing cross-cultural innovation projects
