Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Champion disruptive initiatives across AI, biotech, sustainable energy, and metaverse ecosystems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry panels
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or recognized authority in future-focused publications
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
