Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Produce strategic reports on emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Partner with VPs of Product to integrate future trends into product roadmaps
- Chair the Innovation Council to prioritize R&D initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor senior leadership in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of converting foresight into commercial products
- Executive presence with C-level stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Strong data modeling skills for trend prediction and scenario planning
