Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines and business strategy
- Present findings to stakeholders through data-driven reports and compelling visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts and thought leaders to validate trend hypotheses
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and assess their business implications
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and competitive positioning strategies
- Document and disseminate future insights through internal publications and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
