Job Description
Join 2026, the vanguard of tomorrow's solutions, as we redefine human potential through cutting-edge technology and strategic foresight. We seek a visionary Futurist Strategist to architect pathways to 2030 and beyond, shaping industries before they exist. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, human behavior, and market disruption, requiring you to decode emerging trends while building actionable roadmaps for our global enterprise.

You'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and policy architects to develop frameworks that organizations can implement today to thrive in tomorrow's landscape. This is a rare opportunity to influence trillions in market value by anticipating paradigm shifts before they become mainstream.

- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions with 5-10 year foresight
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-quantum economies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios
- Author white papers and thought leadership on AI ethics, space commercialization, and biotech convergence
- Build predictive models using scenario planning and Monte Carlo simulations
- Advocate for human-centric design principles in autonomous systems development
- Represent 2026 at Davos and global futurist forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry-leading publications
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level strategy through trend analysis
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex scenarios to executive audiences
