Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized AI) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models and products
- Deliver quarterly trend briefings to executive leadership and board members with actionable insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to maintain intelligence superiority
- Design and implement organizational change management initiatives to embed future-readiness culture
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Data Science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
